Designing calmer tracking pages

Most logistics portals still read like internal TMS dumps. High-value clients expect something closer to a premium consumer product: legible hierarchy, generous spacing, and copy that explains what just happened — not only what code moved.

At Carvox we anchor tracking around three questions: Where is it now? What happens next? Who owns the exception if the plan changes? When those answers are visible without scrolling on mobile, support volume drops sharply.

Microcopy matters

Replace “status updated” with “Departed Chicago hub — ETA Denver Apr 22”. Small specificity wins trust faster than any dashboard chart.
